				Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA TA team and support the Inside Sales HUB hiring in London as well as taking on responsibility for hiring across EMEA region. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for variety or departments within Zebra Technologies.

This role is suitable for individuals with couple of years of experience in recruitment.

Hybrid attendance to London office is required.

We are offering 1 year contract.

Responsibilities:

* Support Inside Sales HUB hiring in London
* Hire also for other departments (e.g. marketing, finance)
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
* Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment and identifying ideal candidate
* Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
* Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
* Creating compelling job descriptions
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Provides support to senior members as assigned

Qualifications:

We are looking for motivated individual who wants continue their career in recruitment. For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

* 1+ years of experience in recruitment
* Experience with hiring for sales organizations is preferred
* Advanced level of English language - written and spoken (used on daily bases)
* Excellent communication skills and time management
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team and individually
* Availability to come to the London office

Advantages:
