Job Summary:  

The Talent Acquisition Partner actively seeks out opportunities to recruit diverse talent and works collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and local leadership to drive short and long-term hiring efforts within specified markets/regions. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment cycle from identifying search opportunities and candidate sourcing to pre-screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. This role manages the entire candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage. A Talent Acquisition Partner should possess a highly collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

* Collaborates with the HR Business Partner to identify current and future recruitment needs to advance hiring efforts for both operations and professional service group roles.  

* As a subject matter expert, demonstrates expertise in the recruitment function, including sourcing methods, local market trends, and developing and implementing customized/diverse recruitment methods for the designated market. 

* Collaborates with hiring managers to identify position requirements using recruitment questionnaire and prepares, posts, and manages job requisitions in applicant tracking system. 

* Shares knowledge, recruitment best practices and opportunities across various geographical regions within the internal recruiting team to bolster local and regional internal and external recruiting needs.  

* Provides regular updates on recruiting activities accompanied by analytical recruitment metrics to the HR Business Partner. 

* Develops and upholds talent acquisition procedures, such as intake forms, interview guides and reference checklists to ensure consistency throughout the organization. 

* Utilizes a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks (AEC industry) and referrals, to attract, identify and engage diverse potential candidates and promote our employer brand. 

* Manages the employee referral process and the entire recruitment cycle, from initial contact through hand off to HR team. 

* Maintains recruitment pools and corresponds with past candidates regarding available job openings. 

* Leverages the Business Development department's expertise and leadership on the AEC industry to enhance understanding of upcoming pursuits, the market, and customer trends.

Education and Experience:  

Required Qualifications:  

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience. 

* 5+ years' experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment. 

* Demonstrated ability to be simultaneously hands-on in the detail while keeping the big picture of the strategic direction of the department and the business in mind. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

* 5 + years of recruiting experience for an AEC organization preferred. 

* Expertise with ATS system (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter experience strongly preferred).

Travel Requirements: Less than 30%  

Work Environment/Conditions: This job is performed both in the office and in the field on an active construction site. Field work requires experience and confidence working in and around heavy industrial equipment and systems, which includes average to loud noises, ability to traverse uneven grounds, and possible outdoor weather conditions. Vision requires the capacity for close and far vision, the ability to adjust focus, depth perception and peripherial vision. Activities and responsibilities require frequent sitting (often working on a computer), frequent driving, flying, walking, standing, light lifting, bending, and reaching. Due to computer usage, there may be repetitive motions of the hands and wrists.
