Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and HR, leading full cycle recruiting across various assigned business functions. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent candidate experiences while providing market insights and recruiting strategies that enable effective hiring decisions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to drive efficient, compliant hiring processes, and secure top talent that supports Sazerac's continued growth.
What you'll do:
* Partner with hiring leaders and HR to understand business priorities, role requirements, and critical capabilities needed for successful hires.
* Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent across assigned functions.
* Provide labor market insights, talent availability data, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
* Lead the end-to-end recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer guidance.
* Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of progressive full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
* Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
* Experience supporting commercial, sales, or other business functions in a growth-oriented organization
* Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth or transformative business environment
* Ability to use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies

The annual salary range for this role is $68,000 - $102,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
