Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA TA team and take responsibility for hiring across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for variety or departments within Zebra Technologies.
This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to Bourne End and central London offices.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively work on hiring initiatives across region
* Hire for all variety of departments and positions including sales, technical roles, corporate roles.
* Review and screen applications for roles and identify the right candidates
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
* Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment and identify ideal candidate
* Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.
* Provide hiring managers with information current situation on market, collaborate with other stakeholders on the recruitment process
* Creating compelling job descriptions
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Provides support to senior members as assigned
* Take ownership of recruitment process and resolve any obstacles as needed
Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated individual who is seeking recruitment opportunity within multinational, award winning company. For this role, we are looking for candidates with:
* Experience from similar role
* Experience with hiring for variety of roles including sales, operations, technical roles
* Advanced level of English language - written and spoken (used on daily bases)
* Additional languages (German, French or Dutch) are a plus
* Excellent communication skills and time management
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and individually
* Availability to come to Bourne End and central London office
Advantages:
