Responsibilities:

The Manager of Frontline Talent Acquisition for In-Home Services (IHS) will lead a team of recruiters dedicated to high-volume hiring for our field operations. This role is critical in ensuring we meet aggressive staffing goals-while maintaining high quality and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with leadership to align recruiting strategies with business forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters focusing on frontline technician and field support roles
* Strategic Planning: Analyze workforce updates and location specific hiring/attrition data to meet hiring needs and adjust strategies to mitigate risks in hitting headcount goals
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary TA partner for IHS leadership, providing regular updates on funnel health, market trends, and hiring progress
* Process Optimization: Drive efficiencies in the high-volume recruitment lifecycle, utilizing tools like Simpify and HR Link to ensure seamless candidate transitions and data integrity
* Project Management: Lead specialized initiatives-such as title testing, job posting expansions, and AI integration-to modernize our recruitment approach

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or high-volume management role

Skills and Qualifications:

* Data Driven: Proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and report on KPIs
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across HR and Operations
* Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (experience with iCIMS/Simpify/HR Link is a plus)
