About this opportunity 

As Talent Acquisition Intern you will support hiring process for positions in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc. You will work closely with TA partners and hiring managers to deliver best talent in the organization. In this position you will be a member of our Talent Acquisition EMEA team which is part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization. You will supportt hiring in EMEA region and have focus on Poland, Germany, France and an opportunity to support the rest of the region.

You will be a true contributor to the growth of the company and help us to provide the talent that makes this company successful. A very rewarding opportunity!

The location of your office will be Wrocław. We can offer a 6-month, paid full-time internship and a hybrid work model (2 days working from home).

In this role, you will  

* Attract, search and support hiring the best talents 
* Support TA team with daily activities like scheduling interviews or pre-screening calls.
* Participating  local and regional employer branding activities.
* Other duties related to recruiting the best talent might be assigned.

In this role, you'll need   

* Bachelor or Master degree (or during studies) in HR, business management, psychology or related discipline.
* Fluency in Polish and English. 
* Interest in learning more about talent attraction and hiring.
* Customer-centric attitude and great communication skills.
* Knowledge of Ms Office package.
* Willingness to develop your skills in international company.
* Availably to work 30-40 hours per week.
