Responsibilities: * Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria. * Source Candidates: Use online channels such as social platforms and professional networks. * Plan Interview Procedures: Organize screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. * Assess Candidate Information: Review resumes and contact details using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Design Job Descriptions: Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements. * Lead Employer Branding Initiatives: Promote the company's brand at job fairs and recruitment events. * Forecast Hiring Needs: Predict quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. * Foster Relationships: Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Qualifications: * Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. * Skills: Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. * Education: BA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Understanding: A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
