Responsibilities: Full time/Part time Security Professionals Location: Edmonton Salary: $17-18/hr Shift: Full time/Part time Overview: We are looking for diligent and reliable Tactical security guards PPCT or Arrest Control Tactics Certification required to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment. Requirement: * Valid Alberta security guard license. * Display exceptional customer service and communication skills * Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites * PPCT or Arrest Control Tactics Certification required or Management of aggresive behaviour. * Experience with report writing and note-taking. * Valid Class 5 Driver's License. * Must be eligible to work in Canada. * First Aid and CPR * Must be at least 18 years old. * High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience * Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities: * Conduct foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas. * Monitor and report suspicious activities and persons. * Prevent and detect thefts or vandalism. * Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs. * Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. * Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively. * Use radios and cell phones to communicate with team members. * Follow emergency procedures and respond to alarms. * Ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
