We are seeking a skilled Tableau / Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of data structures with excellent visual storytelling and stakeholder collaboration skills. Responsibilities: 1. Dashboard & Report Development * Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI. * Translate business requirements into compelling visualizations that highlight trends, KPIs, and actionable insights. * Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. 2. Data Modeling & Preparation * Build robust data models and transform datasets using Power BI DAX, Power Query, and Tableau data prep tools. * Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, curated, and governed data sources are used. 3. Business Engagement * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on design, and deliver meaningful insights. * Provide guidance on self-service BI and support users in leveraging dashboards effectively. 4. Maintenance & Documentation * Maintain and enhance existing reports, dashboards, and data sources. * Ensure thorough documentation of data logic, visualizations, and data lineage. 5. Quality, Governance & Standards * Ensure visualizations follow enterprise design standards, data governance, and security protocols. * Apply version control, testing, and deployment best practices. Qualifications: Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Required: * 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and data models using Tableau and/or Power BI. * Proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). * Strong skills in data visualization best practices and data storytelling. * Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and Tableau's calculated fields and LOD expressions. * Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments with business stakeholders. Preferred: * Exposure to enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP, or SAP. * Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS), performance tuning, and dashboard usage monitoring. * Knowledge of Tableau Server or Power BI Service for publishing, scheduling, and managing content.
