Responsibilities:

Empower AI: As a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) -- Expert, you will work with a team of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and administering security systems for the safety of the United States. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AIs mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

*  Provides a broad range of support to a government agency's Technical Security Program

*  Serve as a TSCM subject matter expert

*  Prepare for TSCM missions by performing surveys, reviewing prior documentation, selecting and ensuring that mission equipment is operational, and developing mission plans and schedules

*  Provide verbal reports and written documentation upon completion of TSCM missions

*  Directly oversees the research, selection, modification, design, maintenance, and/or the development of Technical Security equipment and systems

*  Independently and as part of a team, review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex technical security problems

*  Resolve or recommend solutions to overlapping and conflicting security requirements by utilizing knowledge, skills, and abilities, including the ability to interpret various directives, rules, and regulations

*  May oversee the duties of other contract personnel, and coordinates the activities of direct hire personnel

Qualifications:

Requirements:

*  Clearance Required: US Department of Defense (DOD) issued TS/SCI clearance and able to obtain a US Department of Energy (DOE) Q Clearance, or an active DOE Q Clearance

*  Bachelor's Degree in engineering or closely related field from an accredited university and at least seven years of professional Technical Security (TSCM) experience; or a related Associates degree with 9 years of TSCM experience; or 11 years of experience without a degree in conducting U.S. Government level technical surveillance countermeasures missions without a degree.

*  Government certification from the ITC in TSCM

*  Ambulate throughout an office

*  Ambulate between several buildings

*  Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required

*  Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds
