TRANSACTIONAL CONTRACT ATTORNEY (REMOTE, PART-TIME)
Our client, a nationally renowned law firm, is seeking a Transactional Contract Attorney to assist with an on-going project. This is a part-time position and the work will be performed remotely. The position is anticipated to last through the end of this year, and includes a competitive hourly rate.
The right candidate will have a minimum of seven years experience and will be active and in good standing with a state bar. Candidates with significant vendor negotiation experience, direct deal support, and recent experience with tech or software/SAAS will be considered first.
