Overview:
Responsible for executing quality reviews on claims for Warranty and Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) lines of coverage. Engages with claim leadership to provide feedback and support training efforts across claims departments. Partners with key stakeholders to improve compliance with claim quality standards and reduce leakage. Acts as a trusted advisor to the business. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values and upholds organizational standards.
This position will require hybrid attendance in an AmTrust location and is posted remotely for nationwide visibility.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct Claim File Audits: Regularly review Warranty and VSC claim files to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Provide Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback on audit findings and recommend improvements to enhance claims quality.
* Quality Improvement: Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve Warranty and VSC claims handling.
* Training and Support: Assist with training sessions to strengthen claims staff knowledge and performance.
* Data Analysis: Create and analyze reports on claim quality trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Customer Relations: Partner with claims teams on corrective action plans.
* Reporting: Produce clear, consumable reports and present assessment results to leadership and key stakeholders.
* Trend Analysis: Interpret data to identify root causes and collaborate with the business on measurable action plans.
* Prioritization: Manage multiple assessments and projects, meeting deadlines and escalating competing demands as needed.
* QA Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and risk management principles.
* Industry Awareness: Stay current on market trends and Warranty/VSC industry developments.
* Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
* 5+ years of related claims experience, preferably in Warranty and/or Vehicle Service Contract claims, with recent quality or compliance oversight experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to evaluate priorities and make sound decisions to ensure timely, accurate work.
* Relevant claims, compliance, risk, or legal designations (ARM, AIC, CPCU, etc.) preferred.
* Adjuster license as required by state or company regulations.
