Responsibilities: This position works closely with Test Leads/Test Engineers and leads other technicians to configure and execute testing operations and support for Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) of government security equipment. The Technician II aids Test Engineers to prepare for, stage equipment, execute tests, collect data, and restore test environment after tests are complete. Qualifications: Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Performs T&E and facilities support tasks under supervision of, or from detailed procedures developed by, engineering staff. * Includes assembling required test articles. * Setting up and configuring test equipment, systems, test articles, software, and the test environment for test. * Performing tests and assisting with engineering evaluation or analysis. * Reliably gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data. * Summarizing results and issues encountered. * Returning test space, articles, and systems to pre-test state once tests are complete. * Assists with other testing or facility operations activities as needed. * Other duties as assigned.
