				About Us: 

We were established in 2006 with the sole purpose of offering the English language to English learners. The first center opened in Chongqing back in 2006. Since then we have grown to over 2000 teaching and administrative employees nationwide - this includes 350 Foreign English teachers and 400 local Chinese English teachers. We have successfully taught more than 60,000 students since 2006. 

Each center occupies 1000-2000㎡ and is equipped with state of the art equipment. This includes a coffee bar, theater, library, lab area with many computers with internet access and spacious classrooms that allow students to study in a comfortable and relaxing environment. 

Our R&D center in Shenzhen currently has over 100 course developers possessing masters or doctorate degrees - the curriculum is unique, extremely effective and known throughout China as an enjoyable and practical way to acquire the English language.

About Chengdu:

Chengdu is the capital of the "Heavenly State" (Tian Fu Zhi Guo)  and is most famous for being the habitat of giant pandas and for its cotton-rose hibiscus.

Chengdu boasts profound historical and cultural background - among which are historic places of interest such as the Thatched Cottage of Du Fu , Wuhou Memorial Temple and Wenshu Monastery. Natural beauty abounds in surrounding areas such as in the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and Huang Long Valley (Yellow Dragon Valley).Plus, the natural habitat of giant pandas, Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center supports the world's only giant panda breeding and research base. 

Sampling the famous Sichuan cuisine is a must on a trip to Chengdu. Enjoying the food as well as the culture, shopping and sitting for tea at an ancient tea-house afford a deeper understanding of Chengdu. Improved land and airlines have extended nationwide and provide convenient means of travel for those looking to explore other regions of China. Chengdu is also the main inland access city to Tibet.

About the Job:

Responsibilities of a foreign trainer:

  -25 teaching hours + 10 office hours per week in terms of the contract
  -Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity, interest, and abilities of students.
  -Guides the learning process toward the achievement of established district curriculum goals, establishes and communicates clear objectives to the students for all lessons, units, and projects.
  -Supports specialized ESL assessments. Assesses the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, provides progress reports as required.
  -Is familiar with our teaching philosophy and course curriculum 

About You:

  -Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills; openness towards cross culture environments.
  -Experience with technology in facilitating instruction.
  -Excellent organizational and neatness skills enthusiastic in teaching.
  -Willingness to be flexible in terms of teaching assignment within the school setting

Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree or above
-TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (preferred)
-Teaching Experience (preferred)
-Native English Speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK or United States
-Below 55 years old (for Chinese visa purposes)
-Clean criminal record
