About Us: Established in 2002, our school has twelve classrooms, more than 500 students, and ten foreign teachers. We offer courses for all age groups, from pre-k through adult students. All students are given a personal placement test by one of our foreign teachers to assess their English level and assess their English ability. Students are placed by age and by language proficiency. Our school's staff is a tight-knit group who often socialize together after work and on days off. About Tangshan City: Tangshan is known as "Phoenix City" because of the local's powerful sense of community and strength after an earthquake occurred 50 years ago. Since then, the city has completely rebuilt itself into a tourist destination using its natural beauty and lengthy history as focus points Tangshan is a city known for its historical significance & culture. Located close to the coast, it is a unique place with sea and land influences. There are many beautiful parks in the city and larger scenic areas like the Great Wall are close by. Other sites like the Jingjue Temple, Thousand Buddha Mountains and South Lake Park are worth exploring. Lifestyle amenities are similar to that of modern cities around the world. Cinemas, restaurants, spas, bowling alleys, football fields, badminton courts & gyms are all available. In addition, there are many bars and KTV parlors for people to relax and spend free time. The restaurant scene is varied with everything from traditional Chinese dining rooms to western fast food available. About the Candidate: * You should be enthusiastic, dedicated and responsible. * You should have an energetic personality and a genuine desire to motivate your students. * You should be able to work independently. * You should be able to plan engaging lessons to learners of all ages.
