Overview: Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Lead Diesel Technician in Santa Rosa, California. The technician is responsible for timely repair and maintenance of medium duty vehicles and their associated aerial lift systems to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Are you looking for a challenge? We offer a variety of fleet work from sedans, Fords up to F550's, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, hydraulics, lift gates, and generators. Pay: $36/hour - $40/hour, dependent on experience. We pay weekly, every Friday. Potential sign on bonus up to $2,500! These lift units consist of Altec, Versalift and Telstus. * ASE Certifications preferred. * Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly. * Must provide own hand tools & toolbox. * Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, and Email * Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) Working Conditions: * Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job * Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise * Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants * Ability to move and position heavy objects * Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles * Ability to work outside in various weather conditions Are you ready to advance your Lead Diesel Technician career with Amerit Fleet Solutions?
