Responsibilities:

The Manager of Business Intelligence leads a team of data analysts and reporting specialists to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for developing and executing the organization's data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding strategy-ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals. This individual will serve as both a people leader and strategic partner, fostering a culture of data-driven thinking while overseeing the successful delivery of analytic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a people leadership or team management role, with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop analytical talent.
* Experience working cross-functionally with business, technical, and executive teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
