Responsibilities: The Business Analyst supports the organization's data-driven initiatives by translating business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across teams gathering requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data is effectively leveraged to inform decision-making. Along with that, this is a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical teams-ensuring that data insights are meaningful, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. * 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within logistics, supply chain, or a 3PL/4PL environment.
