Overview:
Analyzes, acquires, installs, modifies and supports complex operating systems, databases, utilities and Internet/intranet-related tools.
Responsibilities:
* Develops complex systems programming and systems support activities, such as new or revised program language codes, processing routines and report generators
* Ensures effective language codes, processing routines, hardware use and use of database management techniques
* Manages updates to software, such as compilers, link editors, assemblers, OEM utilities, JCL, macros and subroutines
* Ensures development and reviews of operator and control instructions
* Manages system and programming tests requiring interfacing of hardware and software
* Manages programming tasks including program design, program coding, debugging and documentation
* Prepares feasibility studies and designs tests to determine operating characteristics of software
* Manages internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
* Work may include company-wide, web-enabled solutions
* Primary focus will be telephony infrastructure setup and deployment/ migration activities; includes sustaining activities to resolve issues and optimize operations model as well as broad enhancements related to omnichannel support.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience
* Strong knowledge in Telephony preferably in Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
* Strong communication skills to effectively work with others
* Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues
* Advanced technical experience
* Ability to mentor team members
* Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis
* Expert knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
* Ability to implement new systems and tools
* Experience managing IT documentation processes
* Advanced analytical skills
* Advanced demonstration of project managing IT solutions
* Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
