Responsibilities:

As our System VP Revenue Cycle, National Analytics and Performance, you will strategically oversee all revenue cycle analytics and performance across CommonSpirit. This leadership position is critical for delivering accurate, actionable insights, optimizing financial outcomes, and ensuring robust data governance, consistency, and scalability across our enterprise revenue cycle functions. We're looking for a visionary to transform our data utilization and drive superior operational and financial performance.

Every day you will lead analytics, performance data, and automation initiatives, ensuring precision and impact across the revenue cycle. You'll manage application optimization, develop contract modeling, and oversee revenue cycle financial management. Partnering with national and regional operations, finance, and IT teams, you'll align data capabilities with strategic priorities, fostering data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation in our revenue cycle processes.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate expert-level analytical skills and a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, with a proven history of driving significant financial and operational improvements. You must excel at building strong cross-functional partnerships, upholding data governance, and translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Your leadership will be key to achieving scalable analytics, transparent vendor performance, and sustained optimization across all revenue cycle areas.

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and define the strategic direction for revenue cycle analytics, performance, and financial initiatives, aligning analytical priorities with national/regional goals and leadership decision-making needs.
* Develop the roadmap for analytics maturity, promoting reporting standardization, transparency, automation, AI, and innovation to enhance insight quality and timeliness.
* Oversee comprehensive revenue cycle management, including net revenue optimization, cash acceleration, and system optimization, ensuring high effectiveness and sustained cross-functional improvement.
* Establish and govern performance management frameworks, targets, and data standards for consistent interpretation, risk identification, and evaluation of improvement efforts across all regions.
* Manage the financial aspects of the revenue cycle, including budgets, allocations, invoicing, and contract modeling, ensuring financial oversight, validation, and leadership visibility.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders (operations, finance, IT) to ensure data and reporting solutions meet business needs, fostering a data-driven culture and providing actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Required

* Bachelors degree
* 10+ years demonstrated experience in the understanding and management of healthcare revenue cycle
* 15+ years in the healthcare industry with proven experience in a large, complex, multi-facility healthcare environment with the ability to collaborate and work with people at all levels
