System Architect (gn) Microsoft Dynamics 365

Responsibilities:
Guido Bergmann* is the Hiring Lead you`ll mainly talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives. Guido summarized the role as follows:
* Collaborate with a team of experts on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Azure PaaS cloud-technology platform.
* Take responsibility for the stability, reliability, and performance of implemented end-to-end sales processes.
* Lead your team in implementing clean, automated, and high-performing solutions, establishing meaningful performance and quality metrics for continuous improvement.
* Seamlessly integrate various enterprise applications such as CPQ, ERP, IT Service Management, MDM, Sales Support Tools, and Workflow Apps.
* Further develop and optimize our global Sales Automation and Order Management platform using modern design patterns.
* Find technical solutions for business sales processes in close cooperation with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Product Owners.
* Advise Product Owners on technologies, architectures, methods, and tools to maximize fit-for-purpose and deliver fast value to the market and users.
* Establish and support the definition and execution of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and capabilities like security and scalability, ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Architecture Principles and Standards.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Proven knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 cloud architecture and standard methodologies about how to implement, test and continuously deploy customizations
* Various coordinated systems, such as Front Office Automation (FOA), are built on the .NET and Angular Stack. Therefore, expertise in Azure PaaS, .NET Core, Angular, Web API, and OpenAPI is required.
* Experiences in common, best-practice Design Patterns of loosely coupled, microservices based architectures, distributed Systems, Principles of Domain Driven Design (DDD) are essential
* Experience in large-scale system environments the line-of-business applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision), ServiceNow and others
* Marketo and Outreach are also connected to CRM, which is a helpful skill to know.
* Understanding in Customer Relationship Management and Sales Process Automation in a global enterprise
* Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD and groundbreaking quality assurance practices (unit testing, code, security, and architecture reviews) and the ability to establish these processes.
* Proactive and motivated to learn new things, love to collaborate across multiple, internal and external development teams / integration Partners.
* Willingness and humbleness to mentor Developers and engage hands-on with Development Teams.
* Large-scale refactoring, Agile Architecture and Code Cleanup Experience is a plus.
