Overview: Switchboard/Security Operations Specialist Marshalltown, IA Part-Time, Friday and Saturday 6:45PM-7:15AM The Security Operations Specialist is to be the communications link between Public Safety, all hospital departments, laws enforcement and other community agency personnel, hospital leadership, staff, patients, families and public. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and transfer callers to the appropriate extension. * Monitor the hospital CCTV for safety and security concerns. * Monitor alarm systems to ensure that secure conditions are maintained. Qualifications: * High school graduate or equivalent is required. * Specialized or technical training in communications and/or security operations preferred * Correspond in person, over email and phone in a pleasant and professional manner. * Demonstrates the ability to organize and manage several tasks requiring a variety of skills, resources and time commitments.
