As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you will be an essential part of our Global Sustainability Department. You will track and report on ESG progress across the organization, enhance data quality, and lead improvement initiatives. Your core responsibility will be to analyze, design, test, and implement ESG data reporting processes delivering reliable insights that support our global sustainability agenda.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and interpret ESG data using statistical and analytical methods to gather insights and inform the business accordingly. 
* Ensure the availability, quality and accuracy of ESG data is maintained through data gathering, cleaning, and modelling.
* Understand and define ESG business requirements and manage expectations.
* Gathering data from multiple data sources, filter and cleaning that data and maintain databases/data systems in order to provide the business with proper access to data
* Interpret data, analyze results, identify trends or patterns in complex data sets and presenting the results to the organization in the desired format
* Facilitate the sharing of data improvements (process and collection) within the organization to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, Business Control or a related discipline.

* Between 0 and 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, (sustainability) reporting and general or ESG-related initiatives.

* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.

* A solid understanding of sustainability standards and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CSRD, CDP, or ESG performance indicators) is preferred.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
