Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities 

* Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules;
* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications;
* Conduct topographic, construction layout, and as-built surveys;
* Prepare survey deliverables, including reports and quantity takeoffs;
* Coordinate survey activities with project managers and engineers;
* Liaise with clients and contractors;
* Supervise and mentor junior survey staff;
* Participate in project meetings and provide technical input;
* Ensure quality control and accuracy of survey data.

Qualifications:

What makes you unique

* Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology;
* Registration or eligibility for registration with the New Brunswick Society of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (NBSCETT);
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant surveying experience;
* Proficiency with GPS, Total Station, and conventional survey equipment;
* Experience with Leica equipment is considered an asset;
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software;
* Solid understanding of construction methods and survey applications;
* Ability to manage and maintain survey equipment;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal);
* Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
