Join our Survey/Geospatial team, which offers a full range of survey and geospatial data and mapping services that enable us to collect data faster, safer, and more accurately than ever before. Collect data from the air, ground and subsurface to provide precision data interpretation with us and accelerate YOUR success to become tomorrow's industry leader.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for performing selected drafting assignments, quickly and accurately.
* Perform land records research and generate a thorough deed mosaic with said information.
* Reduce and process field collected, raw survey electronic data files into an Autodesk Civil 3D and create accurate digital terrain models/3D surfaces.
* Produce finished deliverables such as ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, Easement Plats, Special Purpose Surveys, Plot plans and Subdivision Record Plats utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Reduce field notes from field collected data into survey/civil grade base maps using Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Preparation of construction computations (i.e. curbline, storm & sewer, foundations, stormwater facilities, etc.) and field packages to be used for stakeout missions by field personnel.
* Produce various construction exhibits for contractors to be used for construction layout.
* Ability to work closely with senior staff to execute projects tasks on-time and on-budget.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/Equivalent; Associates Degree or a Certificate from a technical school.
* Experience in Survey/Civil profession preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Minimum of 2+ Years of experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
* LASER Scanning/LiDAR experience a plus.
* Proficiency in MicroStation V8i or OpenRoads a plus.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation: $28-$34/hr DOQ
