Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed: * Available on-call 24 hours a day * Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations * Performs duties of Surveillance Supervisor or Agent when necessary * Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Surveillance Manager * Represents the department professionally at internal and external meetings and events * Fosters an environment of mutual trust, respect, and confidence with guests and team members * Maintains accurate and timely documentation of equipment malfunctions and repairs * Adheres to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operational guidelines * Demonstrates consistent performance in communication, initiative/problem solving, guest service/interpersonal relations, work habits/conduct, and responsible gaming/business ethics Qualifications: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * Must be at least 21 years of age * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems * High school diploma or GED; supplemented by technical coursework * Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related equipment * Excellent communication skills * Familiarity with all phases of gaming operations * Proficient in the use of video equipment, hand tools, and related technical equipment * PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS * Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
