Responsibilities include:
* Provides physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and team members in all gaming and money handling areas.
* Installs, repairs, and maintains all casino surveillance equipment.
* Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations on best practices and equipment.
* Reports and offers solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.
* Maintains thorough knowledge of Gaming Regulations, company policy, and department procedures.
* Maintains compliance with Surveillance Department procedures and company policy.
* Works on special projects as assigned by supervisor.
* Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
* Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
* Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic surveillance equipment malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.
Qualifications:
* Must have strong knowledge of surveillance equipment and installation/maintenance.
* Must have extensive knowledge in audio and video repairs.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
* Strong knowledge of casino games and operations preferred.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
* Certification in Electronics Engineering or experience in related field recommended.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License and operate company vehicles as needed.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
* Able to provide expert guest experience through deductive reasoning.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to remain calm in an emergency or stressful situations.
* Able to exemplify team environment and maintain shift etiquette.
