Responsibilities:
Responsible for successful completion of the Surveillance Operator training program.  Training will include surveillance instruction on detecting illegal activity or violations of company and surveillance policy and procedures.  Training will also include instruction of compliance requirements for Federal, State and local gaming laws and regulations.   Essential Functions   - Observe activity on video monitor and detect illegal activity. - Change tapes in VCR. - Maintain accurate and complete logs. - Make clear and usable video tapes. - Testify in court. - Enforce all gaming laws and regulations. - Enforce all company policies and procedures. - Other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Casino Games.  Knowledge of the: Computers, Video Switching, and Video Tape Recorders. Ability to remember and recognize individuals. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Michigan Gaming Laws and Regulations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
