As a Surveillance Agent, you will: Shift Available: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, or 11:00pm-7:00am Pay: $17.00 per hour Responsibilities: * Protects company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras. * Reviews video footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes. * Completes daily activity report and notes any pertinent facts. * Monitors recording equipment and checks equipment operation. * Notifies appropriate person when infractions, cheating, etc., are observed, including MGC agent on duty. Qualifications: * Applicant must be at least 21 years of age. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) * Must pass math test (equations & conversions) prior to interview with a score of 80% or above. * Six months of related experience and/or training preferred, but not required. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
