Responsibilities:

SUMMARY

Observe all casino operations via surveillance camera to ensure the protection of company assets.  Observe and evaluate all procedures and regulatory requirements. Report and maintain video footage of any infractions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service through consistent practice and delivery of customer service to all guests and team members.
* Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.
* Review video surveillance footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.
* Complete daily activity reports and note any pertinent facts.
* Monitor recording equipment and check equipment operation.
* Report all observed gaming violations, procedures, and criminal actions to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements. 
* Notify appropriate person when infractions, cheating etc. are observed, including MGC agent on duty.
* Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
* Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
* Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Comply with any reasonable request made by the Surveillance Shift Manager or Manager.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or G.E.D.  Preferably six months related experience and/or training.   

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as internal controls, SOP's, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math, including fractions and percentages. 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
