Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.
* Review surveillance coverage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.
* Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts. 
* Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation. 
* Report all observed violations of gaming regulations and procedures to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements.
* Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
* Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
* Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. 
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age. 

* High School Diploma or GED; one to two years of casino Surveillance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
* Minimum of six months related experience and/or training preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals 
* Ability to write accurate reports and correspondence
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of management or employees of organization
