Overview:
The Surveillance agent performs undercover observations of all Casino activities including, but not limited to, count rooms, tables, coin room, slot machines, cashier areas and vaults.
Responsibilities:
* Observe monitors for any unusual activity and in the case of suspicious behavior report directly to the Casino Shift Manager; report any alarms similarly.
* Operate surveillance equipment; video recording machines, cameras and other related equipment necessary to conduct surveillance of all Casino areas.
* Review, maintain and file all video recordings, documents and evidence used in surveillance for possible investigations/conduct time and motion studies.
* Maintain the operational equipment of the monitor room
* Maintain confidentiality on a need - to - know basis
* Safeguard evidence and maintain appropriate controls related to evidence
* Prepare Incident Reports
Qualifications:
* Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts
* Fully Bilingual - English / Spanish
