Responsibilities: If you are committed to humankindness, social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. * Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift for patients * Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation * Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging Qualifications: Qualifications: * Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire. * At least one (1) year of RN experience * Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing * Basic Life Support (BLS)
