Responsibilities:

* Assess education needs of Surgical Services and OB team members. 
* Work collaboratively with RN Clinical Educator
* Coordinates the scrub tech training program in collaboration with RN Educator and department leadership
* Assists surgery staff in acquiring clinical knowledge and skills using innovative approaches to guide professional practice.

Qualifications:

* Certified Surgical Technologist
* At least 1 year of experience in an operating room setting
* Experience with teaching and leadership
