Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum of five years clinical experience in an acute care setting required. Leadership experience preferred. * Licensure/registration/certification: RN licensure in appropriate state required. * Additional skills required: Has demonstrated sound and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills and good intra and interdepartmental relationships. Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Positive and cooperative attitude is essential. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and Training
