Qualifications:
* Education: Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years experience working directly within Revenue Cycle and minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within Revenue Cycle required.
* Additional Skills Required: Must possess supervisory skills for accepting responsibility, making decisions, directing, delegating and supervising personnel. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Ability to investigate, analyze and resolve issues at a high level. Ability to work efficiently and accurately and to organize and plan work. Flexibility and adaptability to work additional hours and to work under stress. Must be able to work effectively with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
