The position is responsible for managing payment consolidator program in order to accommodate timely posting of files by cash posting. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.

Responsibilities:

* Sorts, distributes, and processes correspondence.
* Prepares and scans documentation.
* Retrieves and returns voice mail messages, providing exceptional service.
* Maintains supply inventory.
* Pulls EOBs or other billing documents, as needed, for audit purposes.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
* Demonstrated ability to express information in a clear and understandable manner.

* Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to meet productivity expectations and/or deadlines.

* Ability to identify root cause of issues and design logical approaches for resolution.

Qualifications:
QualificationsRequired
* Two years of office, customer service, administrative or clerical experience.
