Overview:
Waters Kft. is looking for a Support Officer to join the Budapest team.
The candidate will be responsible for various sales and service support, financial and administrative tasks.
This position will be temporary and full-time, based in the Waters Budapest office.
Responsibilities:
* Controlling the order process workflow. (SAP)
* Service and Sales related administrative support
* Creating quotations for service and sales
* Financial and accounting tasks
* Processing and recording account payable
* Ensuring the full administration, that necessary for the office functioning
* Bookkeeping and keeping contact with the auditor
* Handling the stock management
* CRM maintenance
* Organizing and maintaining file system, files correspondence and other records.
Qualifications:
Education:
* BS/MS in Finance, Economics or Foreign Trade
Experience:
* SAP R/3 (FI, SD, AA, AP, AR, GLA,) or any other ERP software knowledge
* Practicing in order process (100 invoice / week)
* At least 10 years of professional experience after graduate studies
