				Overview:

Fort Dodge, IA

Shift: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday with every 5th Saturday from 7am-11am

This position performs essential Supply Chain functions and has demonstrated mastery of Supply Tech I competencies. Primary focus is on replenishing supply closets (PARs) and ordering supplies for clinical departments. Uses the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to properly order supplies, print labels, maintain PARs, replenish specialty carts and respond to stat requests.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain PAR levels with accurate counts; identify variances and optimize inventory levels
* Document supply needs and communicate with Inventory Control/Management
* Replenish and inspect crash carts and specialty carts; prioritize and resolve issues
* Issue, track, and coordinate repair of equipment per department processes
* Receive, stock, and manage inventory, including returns and credits
* Identify and report out-of-stock items and locate products using inventory systems

Qualifications:

Education:
High School Degree or equivalent required
Some College courses preferred

Experience:
2+ Healthcare or inventory experience preferred but not required

License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons required
