				Responsibilities:

The Supply Planner - Specialty Packaging & Intercompany Transfers is responsible for ensuring product availability across Sazerac's Value-Added Packaging (VAP) and intercompany transfer network to meet OTIF and customer service targets. This role leads planning for repack and transfer activities, manages finished goods movement between sites, and supports new business development initiatives. The planner balances cost, service, and efficiency while maintaining accurate inventory and production schedules across internal and third-party locations.

* Lead planning for specialty packaging, co-man, and/or intercompany transfers, ensuring product availability and cost efficiency.
* Develop and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts and short-term production schedules for external contractors.
* Utilize My Development system to identify opportunities for self-improvement. Use My Performance as a tool to drive improved performance. Measure progress and track results and achievements.
* Create executable inventory transfer plans that balance carrying costs with plant and DC efficiency.
* Manage work orders, transfer orders, and subcontract repack activity to support service and launch targets.
* Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions at third-party sites.
* Identify and lead cost savings initiatives related to freight, repack, and intercompany movement.
* Ensure we have the right products in the right place at the right time to delight our customers. Ensure world-class customer service by delivering the right product, at the right place, at the right time.
* Support new business development by aligning repack and transfer schedules with launch timelines.
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and performance against KPIs.

Qualifications:
MUST
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1+ year relevant experience (minimum)
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, or operations
* 2 years of experience in customer service or consumer affairs
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
* High proficiency in ms office (excel, word, outlook)
* Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude and comfort using systems
PREFERRED
* Experience in the alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods (cpg) industry
Physical Requirements
* Ability to pay attention to detail.
* Louisville hybrid/remote schedule.
