Responsibilities:
Looking to make a real impact in supply chain management? In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of managing and optimizing our Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system, Atlas Supply Planning (MPS) parameter administration, and Planning Parameter Management within our ERP using Informatica's Production Information Management (PIM) software. While Power BI expertise is a plus, your main focus will be on mastering data handling and parameter management to drive efficiency and excellence across our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
APS and Atlas Parameter Management:
* Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) and Atlas parameters to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Planning & Data Management:
* Utilize Informatica's PIM software to manage planning parameters within our ERP system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning parameters with business objectives.
* Ensure accurate and timely updates to planning parameters in response to supply chain changes.
Data Integration & Optimization:
* Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Azure and Oracle databases.
* Ensure seamless data integration across various systems, monitoring data integrity.
* Lead process improvements to deliver cost savings and enhance global supply chain operations.
* Conduct regular audits and validations to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with supply chain, finance, and IT departments to understand data needs.
* Provide training and support on data tools, best practices, and analytical solutions.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights.
* Use Power BI to visualize complex data sets, supporting informed decision-making processes.
Performance & Development:
* Utilize the PDS (Performance Development System) to enhance your performance through evaluation, planning, and goal execution.
* Engage in continuous personal and professional growth, striving to become a valuable asset to the company.
Training & Development:
* Use the CDS (Career Development System) to identify training needs and design development programs.
* Provide feedback to management on learning opportunities to prepare for career advancement.
Customer Service Excellence:
* Ensure globally produced finished goods are available to meet customer-requested ship dates, delivering world-class customer service.

* Bachelor's Degree
* 2+ years of Supply Chain Experience
* Exceptional analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills, including experience in multi-factor regression analytics
* Exceptional analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills, including experience explaining analytics in a simple way
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong project and stakeholder management ability
Preferred
* Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau
* 2+ years' experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS), databases and SQL
