Primary Functions: Supply Chain Planner
Supply Chain Planners play a significant role in providing Keysight's customers with a satisfying, "whole" customer experience. Supply Chain Planners work through various nodes of the supply chain contributing to the optimal customer experience by ensuring products are delivered when the customers want them, while optimizing the existing supply chain performance. Supply Chain Planners also support plan to optimize manufacturing resources to meet customers' requirement with key focus on meeting Keysight Technologies Malaysia Order Fulfilment goals and /or delivery commitments in finished products.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities: Supply Chain Planner
* Liaise with Demand Planner on demand forecast.
* Monitor backlog status daily to initiate appropriate actions for all the new orders received
* Support acknowledgement of orders and customer escalations.
* Validate Supply and Demand in Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning).
* Interface with Procurement, CM (Contract Manufacturer) and internal suppliers to ensure assurance of supply of materials.
* Manage SRT (Supplier Response Time) for products.
* Manage key business metrics: On Time Delivery, Revenue, and Inventory.
* Support Product Line on monthly and quarterly revenue projection, backlog profile, and shipment commitment.
* Work with Production and Engineering on supporting NPI (new product introduction) and product transfer.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferably with Supply Chain related working experience.
* Knowledge on Microsoft Office. Knowledge on Oracle Supply Chain Planning will be an added advantage.
* Able to work closely with Demand Planning, Order Management, Procurement, Production, Engineering and Logistics.
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a go-getting team.
