				Overview:

This position is responsible for the execution of supplies manufacturing schedules, on-time delivery and availability of product. Requires independent decision-making, with supervision from manager if necessary. The person is required to be flexible in their approach and interfaces with individuals at all levels of the organization. This role is relevant for UK Supplies Manufacturing location only.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that there is little or no machine downtime through lack of accurate planning.
* Controls production scheduling process/plans jobs in a timely manner onto individual presses/resources and publishes the schedule to each department.
* Generate and publish daily shipping report.
* Responsible for ensuring all components are available to start orders on time.
* Monitors, plans and records progress of jobs through the factory highlighting and immediately reporting problems, which may hinder the progress or delay of O.T.S. performance.
* Respond to and action if necessary to the daily shipping report.
* Liaises with Sales, Production Planning and Shift Co-supervisors to maintain, agree and amend lead times and ensure first class service to both internal and external customers.
* Monitor and prioritise stock product accordingly and bring forward if required to guarantee consistent supply.
* Follow ISO procedures/works instructions in place throughout the department.
* Perform any other duties as and when requested by management.

Qualifications:

* Ideally 2 years of experince
* Relevant experience in manufacturing companies, specifically supply chain, logistics or demand/inventory planning.
* Expereince with ERP system and software like Oracle and Radius. 
* Good level of MS Office 
* Ability to create reports, presentations and manage email correspondence.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
