Overview:
As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce the opening of a Contracts Specialist on the Supply Chain Management team.
The primary responsibility of the Contracts Specialist is to write and maintain contracts, statements of work (SOW), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), addendums, maintenance agreements, contract templates and other related documents. This role also negotiates basic terms and conditions with suppliers and uses the Coupa contract lifecycle management tool to track current contract obligations and implement contract management best practices. Additionally, the Contracts Specialist advises internal teams on the various legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial agreements and assists with the continuous development of contract processes. This position may interpret and amend documentation in support of all Enterprise brands and business divisions.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, Missouri. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
* Structure, negotiate, administer, analyze, and maintain contracts
* Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations, modifications, and revisions
* Review and manage contractual obligations of the parties and provides continuous review to ensure that all terms
and conditions are met
* Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, renewals, pointed
summaries for legal department requests and inquiries, etc.
* Identify business risks associated with contractual commitments and collects and organizes information in support
of business risk assessments
* Responsible for consultation and escalation to leadership, of contractual, business or contract management
positioning issues
* Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and
contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
* Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance
* Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes
* Develop and provide contract training as needed
* Achieve a reasonable level of understanding of major business areas in order to communicate effectively with
project team and provide relevant advice
* Responsible for implementation of contract management best practices, processes, and assure consistency
across all contracts
* Attend team and group meetings and attend/complete required training

Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Two (2+) years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDA's, MSA's, Maintenance Agreements and SOW's
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
* Experience negotiating supplier contracts
* Proficient with contract lifecycle management software
* Experience preparing contractual terms and conditions as well as contract summaries for stakeholders
* Knowledge of legal language
