				Responsibilities:

Bio: The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will create tools, processes and strategies to inform and enhance the execution of Procurement and Operations Strategy for the company. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement and Operations Leadership to optimize sourcing activity, reducing costs, enhancing supplier performance, improve service drive cost optimization, goal setting, and KPI tracking. 

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to procurement and operations stakeholders. Collect and analyze spend data, track category value and savings generation. Procurement tools and technology management. Assist in commodity analysis & optimization. 
* Utilize Career Development System (CDS) to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.
* Responsible for owning KPI, reporting and analytical support to procurement and operations. 
* Leads goal setting and KPI setting and tracking for Procurement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Generate insights identifying opportunities to enhance procurement performance. Support the creation of long term procurement strategy setting. Participate in category strategy setting. Support in supplier risk mitigation. 
* Creates and delivers centralized tools, processes, reporting, insights and strategies for Procurement and operations team. Ensures adoption and utilization of advanced data analytics techniques to analyze trends, upstream/downstream impacts, suppliers and Sazerac behaviors, etc to elevate performance and deliver strategic procurement objectives. Monitor vendor performance, supplier risk. Develop and maintain supplier performance and risk analytics. 
* Identify opportunities for, cost savings, supplier risk mitigation, and process improvements based on data-driven analysis. Stay updated on BevAlc industry trends and best practices in analytics and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
* Use Performance Development System (PDS) to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position's outcomes. Support the widespread use of PDS and support company culture within the organization.

Qualifications:
RequirementsMUST:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience (Supply Chain management, Transportation/Logistics, Operations or Manufacturing)
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel, etc.) and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

PREFERRED:
* Master's degree in related field
* Experience in either Alcohol Beverage/Beverage/FMCG industries or CPG overall
 Physical Requirements
* Ability to travel (up to 25%)
