				Overview:

The Supply Chain Analyst is a collaborative team member within Materials Management that facilitates the material planning and buying activities across Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP) Supply Chain network to protect target settings and overall service. This individual ensures planning and buying teams have the data, tools, and dashboards to allow for proper communication of material requirements across both internal and external customers to ensure material availability through the integrated supply chain. This individual will own reporting out on, analyzing, and improving our raw material obsolescence. They will be responsible for integrating new raw materials, transitioning old materials, and support new product innovation as it relates to direct materials.  

Shift & Schedule:This is a full-time, hybrid remote day shift position (Monday-Friday), typically three days per week in office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required for occasional support outside of core hours-including evenings, weekends, and holidays-to assist with planning and scheduling as needed.

What you will do: 

* Develop and automate new and existing reporting tools and dashboards to effectively "preview" and "review" material service metrics 
* Analyze and report out on raw material obsolescence, working towards reducing obsolescence and supporting working capital targets 
* Operate as the Materials Management leader for New Product Innovation (NPI), responsible for the coordination of new raw materials, transitioning in and out of materials, and coordinating runout plans with various NPI Project Managers  
* Working closely with cross-functional supply chain teams including (distribution, finished good planning, production scheduling, and procurement) to provide analysis and reporting that works towards an integrated supply chain 
* Support achieving raw material availability for all manufacturing facilities on time and at the lowest cost 
* Continuously focus on minimization of "aged" inventory. Diligently work to minimize obsolescence. Re-deploy material inventory across the network in a balance of age/obsolescence risk and freight costs 
* Ad-hoc analysis and projects as business needs arise

Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's Degree required  
* 3+ years of supply chain experience preferably in procurement, planning, or buying, previous experience in a manufacturing setting, or experience working in the Consumer Goods industry 
* ERP system experience required. SAP experience heavily preferred 
* Experience utilizing Business Intelligence and Automation tools to analyze data and create interactive dashboards 
* 3+ years creating, updating, and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (including but not limited to VLookUps, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc) required
