Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Supply Chain Analyst supports Inbound Transportation Leadership by optimizing inbound transportation, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include data analysis, process improvement, financial & logistics reporting, team support, lane blueprinting, and ensuring alignment with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  Strong knowledge of transportation and freight industry standards.

  Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint), databases (SQL), and tools like Arrowstream, Power BI, and Manhattan TMS.

  Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.

  Demonstrated ability to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and produce recommendations to management.

  Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, including leading calls with internal teams and external partners.

  Strong organizational, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  BA/BS in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.

  Experience in food distribution, logistics, or transportation required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
