Responsibilities: Primary Functions: You will need to manage through multiple nodes of the value chain to ensure timely product stocking to support sales opportunities in the e-Commerce market, while optimizing supply chain performance. In addition, you will look into enhancement of processes, establish best practices, and foster continuous improvement in line with the organization's needs. Key Responsibilities: * Product Readiness Management: Responsible for adding, removing, and discontinuing products. Ensure e-commerce organization BOMs are set on time. * Inventory Planning and Stocking: Analyzes and propose inventory replenishment levers, supports special projects or promotional stocking, timely release of internal order and shipment, and handles stock rotations. * Order Management: Escalation point for pick and packing delays due to order mismatch to stock impacting same day shipment commitment. * Change Order and Quality Issue Management: Reviews, approves and perform impact analysis on change orders to ensure alignment to latest BOM changes. Coordinates the impact of quality issues and customer RMA for stock rotation and replenishment requirements. * Other Responsibilities: Manages 3rd party e-Commerce warehouse, special rework coordination, and deals support for e-Commerce. Qualifications: * Degree Holder with minimum +4 years in Supply Chain functions (Strong knowledge of manufacturing operation processes are added advantage) * Candidates must have strong analytical skills as well as the experience and ability to communicate effectively with people across the globe * Familiar with Oracle environment would be an added advantage * Good oral and communication skills. * Experience in leading cross-functional projects Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
