Responsibilities: POSITION PURPOSE: The Supply Chain Analyst supports Inbound Transportation Leadership by optimizing inbound transportation, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include data analysis, process improvement, financial & logistics reporting, team support, lane blueprinting, and ensuring alignment with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values Qualifications: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: * Strong knowledge of transportation and freight industry standards. * Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint), databases (SQL), and tools like Arrowstream, Power BI, and Manhattan TMS. * Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets. * Demonstrated ability to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and produce recommendations to management. * Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, including leading calls with internal teams and external partners. * Strong organizational, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * BA/BS in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. * Experience in food distribution, logistics, or transportation required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand; walk; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 20 pounds.
