Supervisor of Technology

				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Supervisor of Technology. This full-time, on-site position is based in Shillington, Pennsylvania, and offers a strategic leadership opportunity to drive our customers technology initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and execution of the organizations technology strategy.

* Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of instructional and administrative systems.

* Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of network infrastructure and data systems.

* Manage IT budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions.

* Supervise and mentor the district's onsite technology team, fostering a culture of service and innovation.

* Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

* Respond to technology-related emergencies, including after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications:

* Significant experience managing enterprise IT operations in a leadership capacity.

* Strong understanding of K-12 instructional technology and infrastructure systems.

* Expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, and enterprise networking.

* Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships in a technical environment.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support IT staff.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in education or public sector IT.
